After 11 stimulating years as a building surveyor and building control officer, and three years as Head of the commercial Building Services Unit of the City of Sydney, Harry has taken up the challenge of establishing a unique building certification and building regulations consulting practice. He is responsible for the general management of the firm and providing technical certification and consulting services to clients as accredited certifier and principal certifying authority.

Throughout the working life as a professional building surveyor, Harry has been directly involved in the assessment and approval of a diversified range of building projects ranging from internal partitioning, building refurbishment to multi-million dollars land-mark developments.
