Lyall Dix - AAC Treasurer
Lyall is experienced in all facets of building control at local, state and federal government level and has a keen grasp of the importance of this aspect of our economy.
He has wide experience in building law and building code development, formulation, enactment, interpretation and application. Lyall has extensive experience and knowledge in all matters pertaining to the BCA and related building legislation. He was extensively involved in the development of the BCA, the Victorian Building Act 1993, the conversion of the BCA into a performance code, the BCA Housing Provisions as well as the introduction of the BCA into NSW and Vic.
