David is an unrestricted accredited certifier in NSW and QLD. He has extensive knowledge and experience in development of all classifications and sizes including health and ageing, retail, commercial, entertainment, educational and industrial.

David also have experience in the assessment and certification of State and Commonwealth development.

David is presently a director of Blackett Maguire + Goldsmith, a successful BCA consulting and Certification Company with current projects throughout NSW, ACT and QLD. His previous employment includes:

• City of Botany Bay Council – Senior Building Surveyor
