The Association of Accredited Certifiers Board has 12 members from the various accredited certifier categories. The Board meets a minimum of eight (8) time each year.
AAC Board members donate their time and their extensive experience freely to represent accredited certifiers at various industry and Government forums.
Board members are elected for a two year term. The current AAC Board was elected at the 2009 Annual General Meeting on 30 October. Full and Full (retired) members of the AAC can nominate for a position on the Board. To add diversity to the Board, members are encouraged to nominate.
From time to time the AAC Board will invite AAC members to participate on committees and working groups.

Charles Slack-Smith - AAC Board member
Charles has over 10 years of experience in the building code and certification area of the construction industry and as a Principal of Davis Langdon he is part of one of Australia's largest Building Certification and BCA consultancy practices with offices in all states and territories of Australia.

Craig Hardy - AAC President
Craig Hardy has held the position of President of the Association of Accredited Certifiers since its inception in 2003.

David Blackett - AAC Board member
David has extensive experience in building approvals and certification, together with interpretation and application of the Building Code of Australia and related Standards, Planning Codes and Policies and Local and State Planning Instruments.

Gordon Wren - AAC Board member
Gordon is a Registered Land Surveyor as well as a subdivision and strata certifier. He is a director of Grinsell & Johns Pty Ltd in Bankstown, and he is currently the Chairman of the AAC Subdivision & Strata Committee.

Guiseppe Graziano - AAC Board member
As Director of Steve Watson and Partners, Guiseppe is recognised as one of the most dynamic certifiers in NSW with a wealth of experience in the Building Code of Australia, straddling all types of building projects
He also specialises in advising on and implementing the performance-based approach to fire-safety design normally adopted for complex, large-scale buildings.
